Change debug messages:

• No longer show a number sign (#) before the request number, as GitHUB treats these as references to issues when the log is pasted as text;
• Use gateway instead of bridge when connected to deCONZ.

Fix UTC time instead of local time in Last Updated and Last Triggered when running node v8 (see #159).

Homebridge-hue now issues warning messages on startup when using non-recommended versions of node or deCONZ. Note that homebridge-hue is developed and tested against the latest LTS release of node (currently v6.11.2), so that's the recommended version.
