Fix blacklist bug, issue #248.
When a light's state.reachable or a sensor's config.reachable is false, homebridge-hue now marks the corresponding accessory as No Response (or Unreachable in Eve). The Status Fault characteristic is no longer used.
homebridge-hue now reports bridge/gateway errors when updating a light state back to HomeKit.
