Added ShenZhen_Homa to list of known lights (PR #234, issue #235).

Added whitelisting of resources to be exposed to HomeKit (issue #7, #240).

• Includes workaround for deCONZ versions that don't include resourcelinks in full bridge state.

Code cleanup:

• Refactor code handling list of known lights (issue #198);
• Refactor code creating HomeKit accessories/services for bridge resources;
• Use () => { … } syntax instead of function() {…}.bind(this).
