Optimise reading resourcelinks (used for blacklists, see #170 (comment)) from Hue bridge or deCONZ gateway.
Note: For deCONZ, this requires PR dresden-elektronik/deconz-rest-plugin#331, which is not yet included in v2.04.99. If you want to use a blacklist with deCONZ, you need to compile the REST API plugin yourself from the latest commit (or continue to use homebridge-hue@0.5.49).

Various smaller bug fixes:

• Logic to create characteristics Dark and Daylight for state.dark, state.daylight;
• Fix log message after username has been created to edit config.json;
• Fix Manufacturer for (Multi-)CLIP sensors;
• Expose Resource for sensors, schedules, and rules (unless "resource": false was specified in config.json).

Bump versions:

• deCONZ v2.04.99;
• Hue bridge API v1.22.0.
