Changed startup logic (see also issue #109): homebridge-hue now delays homebridge initialisation until accessories have been created for all Hue bridges found or configured in config.json. It will loop, trying every 15 seconds, until it succeeds in contacting each Hue bridge. Note that during this time, homebridge won't be visible to HomeKit apps.
