When no bridges are found during discovery, homebridge-hue retries the search every 30 seconds, until a bridge is found. Note homebridge will not be initialised (and visible to HomeKit), until a bridge has been found. See issue #109.
Also note that bridge discovery can be disabled by specifying your bridge(s) in config.json using host or hosts key.
