Enhancements

Add support for Aqara TVOC Sensor, including Eve history like for a gen-2 Eve Room. Big thanks to @sieren. See #1020;
Add ownResourcelinks config.json parameter to make Homebridge Hue consider resource links only when owned by the username used by Homebridge Hue. See Wiki;
Add Homebridge UI support for excludeSensorTypes values ZHABattery, ZHAAirQuality and their CLIP equivalents.

Make sure each accessory has a primary service defined. Not sure if this is actually mandatory, but I see some weird behaviour in Eve on accessories with multiple instances of the same service type and hope this might improve things.
