Enhancements

Add support for LIDL Melinera Xmas light strip, see dresden-elektronik/deconz-rest-plugin#3716;
Add support for special effects for LIDL Melinera Xmas light strip and for Mueller Light. Each special effect is exposed as a separate Switch service on the light accessory. Note that you need deCONZ v02.07.00 for REST API support for the Xmas lightstrip. Still to do: support effectSpeed and effectColours for the Xmas light strip;
More IKEA Trådfri lights whitelisted for workaround for firmware bug, see #483
