Enhancements

• Added support for HomeKit Adaptive Lighting, for all lights supporting colour temperature, see #766 (comment).
• Changed handling of colour temperature, you can now drive CCT channels from Home, see #814;
• Sync HomeKit service name with Hue bridge/deCONZ gateway name of corresponding /sensors resource, see #793;
• Expose Hue devices under Manufacturer Name "Signify Netherlands B.V.", so HomeKit recognises them, showing the Hue app;
• Whitelisted Konke motion sensor, see #812;
• Whitelisted (yet another) Heiman smoke sensor, see #819.

Bug Fixes

• Unable to switch between RGB and CTT mode without also changing Color Temperature or Hue / Saturation value, see #810.
• HAP Warning, see #808.
• Don't allow Homebridge's HAP server to start when full bridge/gateway state cannot be retrieved, see #813.
• Xiaomi Aqara Cube and other vibration sensors exposed as Stateless Programmable Switch: expose Shake event as Long Press (instead of Double Press), see #820;
• Xiaomi Aqara Cube: expose Wakeup as Single Press (instead of Long Press), see #820.
