Enhancements

• Added support for HomeKit Adaptive Lighting, for all lights supporting colour temperature, see #766.
  
• Changed handling of colour temperature, you can now drive CCT channels from Home, see #814;
  
• Sync HomeKit service name with Hue bridge/deCONZ gateway name of corresponding /sensors resource, see #793;
  
• Expose Hue devices under Manufacturer Name "Signify Netherlands B.V.", so HomeKit recognises them, showing the Hue app;
