Enhancements

• Add support for SAGE Doorbell Sensor (thanks to @sspans);
• Whitelist 3A Smart Home DE lights;
• When linkbutton is set, expose a (non-functional) Stateless Programmable Switch for all gateways, as a workaround for iOS 14 bug that you no longer can set the favourite state for Not Supported accessories, see #767.

Bug Fixes

• Crash on identify when not all resources for device are exposed.
• Duplicate service when whitelisted resource was already exposed by config.json settings, see #752.
