Enhancements:

• Support Hue bridge scenes. GroupScenes are exposed under their associated group; LightScenes and v1 scenes are exposed under group 0. See #605. To recall the scenes from HomeKit, make sure to expose the group, and use another HomeKit app than Apple's Home;
• Support Heiman smoke detectors with HEIMAN manufacturer name, see #603.
