Enhancements:

• Whitelist lights by Neuhaus Lightning Group, see #455.
• Code cleanup for deCONZ v2.05.62:
  • Ignore ZHASwitch sensor for lumi.vibration.aq (in favour of ZHAVibratoin sensor).
  • Ignore state.x and state.y in web socket notification for lights and groups (in favour of state.xy);
  • Remove ignoring of state.orientation_x, state.orientation_y, and state.orientation_z in web socket notfication for ZHAVibration senspr (in favour of state.orientation).

Bug fixes:

• Fix missing error message on e.g. duplicate accessory UUID.

Bump dependencies:

• deCONZ v2.05.62;
• homebridge-hue-utils v2.0.16.
