Enhancements:

• Expose ZHAConsumption and ZHAPower /sensors resources under the Lightbulb or Outlet service for the (first) /lights resource of the same accessory, cf Eve Energy;
• Expose Outlet In Use for Outlet service. Set to 1 when no ZHAPower resource is available, or when state.power > 0. This allows for rules on the connected accessory using power;
• Note that when both ZHAConsumption and ZHAPower are present, Last Updated is updated from both, and Enabled acts on both;
• Add forceEveWeather config.json parameter. When set to true, temperature/humidity sensors are exposed as an Eve Weather, by adding a dummy Air Pressure service. See #443.

Bug fix:

• Ignore group action.scene.
