Enhancements

• Add support for LIDL Xmas lightstrip, including dynamic effects with effect speed and effect colours. The effects and effect speed are exposed as characteristics on the main LightBulb service, similar to Hue lights (but unlike Homebridge Hue, which exposed these as on separate services). The effect colours are exposed as separate services, similar to Homebridge Hue.

Bug Fixes

• Colour support for lights that don't support colour mode xy, but only hs.
