Enhancements
- Window covering devices: Send Open or Close instead of Move to Lift Percentage for fully open or fully closed target position, see #195. Shouldn't change the behaviour for most, but relevant for the Ubisys J1.
Bug Fixes
- deCONZ API reports a Draft DDF for devices exposed by legacy code;
- TypeError when exposing group with scenes, without exposing scenes, see #194.
