Enhancements

• Add check for zero bridgeid to make sure deCONZ API is ready;
• Attempt to normalise device swversion to semver compatible format. Notably Xiaomi 0.0.0_00xx translates to 0.0.xx;
• Translate RaspBee/ConBee firmware version 0x26xx0y00 into semver compatible format Y.38.XX, where Y is y from hex to dec and XX is xx from hex to dec;
• MultiCLIP support: uniqueid needs Sxxx-yy-zzzz`, where xxx is MultiCLIP ID (suggestion: resource ID of primary resource) in dec; yy is endpoint ID in hex, zzzz is cluster ID in hex. For proxy devices, use proper mac instead of MultiCLIP ID;
• Support enabling/disabllng schedules;
• For now, enable searching for new devices from HomeKit (at least until changing settings from the UI works).
