Enhancements
- Add support for special effects for Tint by Müller Licht lights.

Bug Fixes
- Adaptive lighting wouldn't initialise on accessory restore on startup, before HAP server was started.
- TypeError when updating ZHABattery, see #5.
- Battery wasn't updated from
config.battery. - Polling didn't refresh state when Expose Lights, or Expose Sensors was no longer selected, but devices were already exposed.
- AirQuality sensor, see also ebaauw/homebridge-hue#1092.
