Changes:

WITH DOCKER, auto install dockerd if it not found - DOCKER LOAD is now part of the WITH DOCKER command as option --load
- DOCKER PULL is now part of the WITH DOCKER command as option --pull
- new --compose option in
WITH DOCKERallows pulling and starting up services in a docker-compose file - fix for unexpected persistent errors like these:
Error: solve side effects: solve: failed to solve: rpc error: code = Canceled desc = failed to load cache key: failed to authorize: failed to fetch oauth token: context canceled - show git output on errors or when verbose flag is set
