Overview

Another bugfix only release with important updates for AudioBufferManager (I2S, PWMAudio, ADCInput) when doing flash operations and playback/recording. Minor additional cleanups throughout.

Audio

• AudioBufferManager DMA avoid crash on missed IRQ (#3600)
• Avoid out of bounds dmaChannel checking (#3598)
• I2S setSysClk add 24khz precalc (#3594)

SD

• Add all legal SPI pins to SD examples (#3604)

FreeRTOS

• FreeRTOS proper locking for Ethernet::isLinked (#3602)

Infrastructure

• More CoreMutex acquisition checks for USB, PIO (#3603)
• Clean up minor double included files (#3605)
• Force astyle 3.6.20, allow restyle.sh from anywhere (#3595)
• Fix overloaded-virtual warning, update p.io std= (#3592)
• Remove debug printout from BLE (#3590)
