Overview

Updates to latest SDK release from Raspberry Pi. Redoes the LWIP wrapper to better bulletproof networking and enhance FreeRTOS stability. Several FreeRTOS and FreeRTOS + BT tweaks.

Note this increases the FreeRTOS priority levels to 32 from 8. If you use a function of configMAX_PRIORITIES to compute your task priorities this should be a no-op. Otherwise, please note the CORE0/CORE1 tasks are configMAX_PRIORITIES/2 (16) now so your own subtasks should adjust. LWIP and USB are still highest priorities (31/30).

FreeRTOS

• FreeRTOS: make the CYW43 lock block, and stop waiting on the LWIP task under it (#3551)
• BREAKING: FreeRTOS increased to 32 priority levels (#3553)
• FreeRTOS: serialize LWIP thread startup with a mutex (#3550)

New Boards

• Adds new zero power RP2350 Challenger LoRa board (#3555)
