Overview

This release only contains changes related to making networking (LWIP) on this core as bulletproof as possible. LWIP has been changed to verify that it is being called from the proper LWIP task (under FreeRTOS) or while the LWIPMutex is owned (under baremetal). Additionally, critical regions of LWIP wrapper code are now guaranteed to be run atomically without the possibility of state changing mid-operation.

These changes should significantly improve the experience of using LWIP under FreeRTOS, and help avoid rare hang ups under bare metal operation.
