Overview

This release moves to the Pico SDK 2.3.0 release with no other meaningful changes, to help identify if real-world applications find any issues with the new SDK.

• Update to SDK 2.3.0 (#3469) - Includes relatively large updates to BTStack submodule of the SDK

Misc

• Check that any sketch with OTA has a FS defined (#3472)
• Fix display names for PCBCupid Glyph 2040 and Glyph Mini 2040 (#3461)
