Updates

This release provides an ability to create complex templates for items, value and label easily using <ng-template>. It also includes other minor features.

Breaking changes

• useModal option has been deprecated and removed (#23)
• SelectSearchable class has been renamed to SelectSearchableComponent (Angular 2 style guide)
• SelectSearchablePage class has been renamed to SelectSearchablePageComponent (Angular 2 style guide)
• title option has been replaced with selectSearchableLabelTemplate template:
