Changed

• Validate runs epubveri 0.29.1 and Repair epubsana 0.31.0 in the
  browser, the same versions as the CLI, with the Validate changes of
  cli-v4.2.0 (unreadable entries are a fatal PKG-008; a wrong CRC alone and a
  compressed mimetype are no longer errors). On 50 shelf books, both agree
  with the CLI on every one.
• Archive applies the converter's entry-count and decompressed-size limits.

Fixed

• Optimize, Metadata and Archive read a book with an entry longer than its
  header declares, as before zip 9 (see cli-v4.2.0).

Multi-arch (amd64 + arm64). The web service ships as a container image
only; for the command-line tool, see the latest cli-v* release.
