Changed

• Validate runs epubveri 0.23.0 and Repair runs epubsana 0.24.0 in the
  browser, the same versions as cli-v3.2.0 (vendor/VENDOR.md), with the same
  validator changes. On 544 books the browser's Validate and epublift check
  give the same report for every book.

Fixed

• Repair keeps no-break spaces when it wraps stray text, and no longer
  stops on an href with % before a non-ASCII letter (see cli-v3.2.0).

Multi-arch (amd64 + arm64). The web service ships as a container image
only; for the command-line tool, see the latest cli-v* release.
