• epublift check runs epubveri 0.23.0 and epublift repair runs epubsana
  0.24.0. A malformed content document, SVG or package document now also
  reports what came before the break, as epubcheck does; an empty or broken
  SVG is RSC-016; stray text in package metadata is RSC-005; EPUB 2 SVG and
  XHTML-in-SVG follow epubcheck's rules; some EPUB 3 package <meta>/link
  cases are now RSC-005 or OPF-093. None of these touch a book epubcheck calls
  valid. Measured on 544 books, cli-v3.1.1 vs this release: the same findings,
  statuses and exit codes on every book.

Fixed

• repair no longer strips a no-break space when it wraps stray text in a
  <div>. epubveri now reads a no-break space as text, as epubcheck does,
  so the old wrap left new stray-text errors behind. On 544 books the planned
  fixes change in 3, and each comes out of repair with fewer errors than
  before — one with 26 errors where it had 2,128.
• repair no longer crashes on an href with % before a non-ASCII letter
  (%Bölüm.xhtml); the href is left as written.
