• Fixed the update_current_certificates function that was causing certificates not to update
• Removed duplicate commands in the installation, installation_panel, and installation_node functions
• Fixed letsencrypt symlinks
• Changed the nginx mechanism for panel + node on a single server: if accessing the panel address without a cookie, a placeholder page is shown on the same domain without redirecting to the selfsteal domain
