Update to firefox 137.0.0.2508

Fixes:

• (#8) The minimize/maximize/close buttons get hidden with the lightweight theme when hardware acceleration is enabled.
• (#20, #15, #27) The titlebar overflows beyond the top of the screen when maximized.
• (#28) Hardware decode not functional.
• (#23) Menu bar commands won't open in Windows 7.
• (#18, #11) In Windows 8, with the Dark theme, the titlebar text color is incorrect, making the text unreadable.
• (#18) When the Dark theme is applied, the tabs on the title bar are not dark enough.
• If Windows Aero is not enabled, the titlebar of the Download dialog does not display correctly.
• The 32-bit build cannot enable sandbox.
• (#34) Allow Firefox to send technical and interaction data to Mozilla.
• (#10) Enabling vertical tabs causes the window background to be abnormal.

Known issues:

• There is an unusual gap above the tab bar when enable menu bar.

Changing locale:

• In about:config Toggle extensions.langpacks.signatures.required to false
• Toggle xpinstall.signatures.required to false
• Toggle intl.multilingual.downloadEnabled to true
• Toggle intl.multilingual.enabled to true
• open the langpack for target locale (eg firefox-70.0a1.en-CA.langpack.xpi if you want an en-CA locale).
• In about:preferences click "Set Alternatives" under "Language", move desired locale to the top position, click OK, click "Apply And Restart"
