Fixes:

• (#50) Windows XP: The browser crashes when opening additional windows. Due to #50, the fix for #41 has been reverted.
• Fixed the issue where setting Chromium as the default browser was not working on Windows 7. On Windows XP and Vista, setting the default browser still does not work.
