- (#1) Add back DXVAVideoDecodeAccelerator for Windows 7 and 8.1 (and maybe vista). If this causes issues with your video playback, please turn off "Use graphics acceleration when available" in
chrome://settings/system. To enable DXVAVideoDecodeAccelerator on Windows 10/11, please add the startup argument--disable_d3d11_video_decoder=1.
