• fix(factorydroid): skip MCP servers with an empty enabledTools list. Factory Droid applies enabledTools only when the list is non-empty, so writing enabledTools: [] would load every tool the server reports, while Rulesync's canonical meaning of an empty allowlist is "no tools". Such a server is now skipped with a warning instead of being written. by @dyoshikawa in #3665
• fix(qoder): the rewakeSummary length warning now says the length was measured after collapsing whitespace, and generate warns when rewakeMessage / rewakeSummary is set on a hook without asyncRewake: true (Qoder reads both only on asyncRewake hooks; the values are still written). by @dyoshikawa in #3667

• docs(kiro,cline): describe the Kiro CLI ignore support per Kiro's capability matrix, note that generate --global --delete without a .rulesync/.aiignore removes an existing ~/.kiro/settings/kiroignore, and scope Cline's case-insensitive skill-name matching to the SDK/CLI loader. by @dyoshikawa in #3668
