• fix(qoder): measure rewakeSummary length warnings after whitespace normalization. Qoder collapses whitespace and trims the summary before applying its 300-character cap, so a value padded with long runs of spaces or tabs no longer gets a false "Qoder would shorten it" warning; the value is still emitted unchanged. by @521Peter in #3657
