What's Changed

Performance

• The prebuilt Linux and macOS binaries (GitHub Releases and Homebrew) are now compiled with Bun bytecode, so they start faster: rulesync --version went from ~390 ms to ~150 ms locally. Each binary grows by about 20 MB. The Windows binary is unchanged, because it crashed at startup when built with bytecode. The npm package is unaffected.
