Breaking Changes

git transport refuses symlinked source paths. With "transport": "git", a rules/skills path (or any parent of it) that is a symlink resolving outside the cloned repository is now skipped with a warning instead of being followed. (#3429)
Pi now receives transport-less MCP entries. A server in .rulesync/mcp.jsonc with no command/url is written to .pi/mcp.json as a project override entry (enabled, exposure, toolExposure) instead of being skipped. (#3445)
Lock entries record the skills path. rulesync.lock / rulesync-npm.lock.json now store skillsPath; changing a source's path triggers a refetch and fails install --frozen. Existing entries without the field are refetched once at their locked ref. (#3432)
install keeps the executable bit of skill scripts recorded as executable at the source (GitHub, git and npm transports), so .curated/ copies and generated skills are written as 0755. (#3433)
