• MCP: an mcpServers entry that carries args but no command is now skipped with a warning instead of having args[0] promoted to the program. This applies to every adapter that writes the resolved local command back out (Bob, Cortex Code, Tabnine CLI, Zed, Copilot CLI, Muse Code, ZCode, Kilo, OpenCode and Continue) by #3048
• MCP: the "server skipped" and Continue envFile warnings quote the server name, so a crafted name cannot carry line breaks or control characters into the log output by #3048

Documentation

• The Cortex Code MCP note in the file-formats reference now says a project-scope run skips the target with a warning, matching what generate does by #3048
