Bug Fixes
rulesync generatenow warns when a later target overwrites the root rule file (for exampleAGENTS.md) that an earlier target folds every non-root rule into, so the folded content does not disappear silently. The warning names both targets and explains that the last target in config order wins a shared file. The "Target Order and File Conflicts" section of the configuration guide documents the interaction and the ordering that keeps the folded content. by @dyoshikawa in #3031
