What's Changed

Note: Zod 4.5 shortened the default message for invalid_type issues and dropped the received field from them, so validation errors that rulesync surfaces for malformed frontmatter now read slightly more tersely. The offending field path and the expected type are still reported.
Bumped the all-actions group with 3 updates (#2928): actions/deploy-pages, softprops/action-gh-release, and anomalyco/opencode/github, each pinned to a verified commit SHA.

The Publish Assets workflow now generates the repomix XML variants under Node via tsx instead of Bun, and scripts/generate-repomix-xml.ts refuses to run under Bun with an explanatory error (#2930, closes #2922). This removes the intermittent Terminating worker thread failure that made the release workflow need several reruns.

KiloSubagent.fromFile invalid-type coverage now asserts on the structured Zod issue data (code, expected, path) instead of Zod's English error sentence, so the test no longer breaks on a dependency bump while pinning more of the failure than before (#2938).
