⚠️ In this version, mieru plugin will regularly connect to GitHub via itself and check for updates when connected. It seems that there is no way to configure or disable this behavior. Currently no changes are made on the app side, and mieru plugin will print "log to stdout due to the following reason: prepareClientLogDir() failed: neither $XDG_CACHE_HOME nor $HOME are defined" and continue.

Fix a bug that mita apply config command can fail when there are too many users (bug enfein/mieru#166).
When proxy is running, mieru check update will use proxy to access GitHub API.
When proxy is started, mieru client may check for updates.
