• Add Bootstrap DNS to prevent DNS resolving loop. If Direct DNS address is domain name, Bootstrap DNS will be used to solve it. And of course Bootstrap DNS address must not be domain name. (If Remote DNS address is domain name, Direct DNS will be used to solve it.)

• For freedom outbound, use domain address in UDP response if UDP request is a domain address. This may fix some issues but cause other issues.
• (Likely) H3 DNS should work.
• Copy fixes and replace GRPC "multi mode" code from xray.
