• Merge v2ray-core v5.18.0 and v5.19.0 changes. As Hysteria 2 has been merged in advance in this project a few months ago, there should not be much difference compared to previous versions. However, some Hysteria 2 config field names are changed to follow upstream.
• Use internal Hysteria 2 implementation by default for new installation.
• Fix some crashes.
• Fix "Resolve destination" for direct outbound.
• Some fixes about DNS TTL.
