• Fix non-RFC compliant DNS message ID for DoQ.
• Replace Hysteria 2's hard-coded padding with the official padding mechanism.
• Fix IPv6 endpoint parsing issue of Hysteria 2 server.
• Supports gRPC transport for the built-in SIP003 v2ray-plugin (should be compatible with this one).
• Allow empty password for Shadowsocks(R) and add some legacy ciphers (for compatibility reason only, do not use them though).
• Update dependencies and fix some other bugs.
