New migration 20261015210000_create_index_fills_subaccountid_eventid (CONCURRENTLY IF NOT EXISTS, non-transactional); the index already exists on mainnet, so the migration only records it there. New env vars KAFKA_FETCH_MAX_BYTES / KAFKA_FETCH_MAX_BYTES_PER_PARTITION default to the current 4 MiB / 1 MiB. SKIP_SLIPPAGE_TOLERANCE_PERCENTAGE default changes from 0 to 0.1 (comlink).
