Migration: include, exclude and shared-attachment path entries now match case-insensitively in every form. An unescaped *, ? or [ makes an entry a glob (*.pdf, Attachments/**/*.png, tmp*/), so a plain path that contains one of those characters literally must escape it (Notes \[old\]). An entry shaped /pattern/flags is a regular expression whose flags are honoured, and a folder-only glob (ending in /) also matches the folder itself when Fix incompatible paths checks a folder's name. A folder carried over from the pre-4.0 ignoreFolders setting is escaped, so it stays a literal path.
