Hotfix 1:
- Bug fix for not all initial PMC's being generated
Updates from the 0.2.5 Release:
- Made bots go closer to their objective's target position before moving to the next one (3m -> 0.25m). This should make quests like Farming - Part 1 look more convincing (once I'm able to make bot hold still).
- Reduced the chance of bots selecting the "spawn-point wander" quest from 5% to 1% now that all maps have standard quests
- Increased the absolute maximum bot cap allowed from 25 to 26 since the maximum bot cap for Streets is 26 in vanilla SPT
- Allow new bot types (Kaban and his followers) to quest if permitted in config.json
- Write an error message in both the server and client consoles if any of the initial PMC's fail to generate
- Slight performance improvement when processing map colliders to generate quest data
- Bug fix for (maybe impossible) condition in which EFT raid settings are null
- Removed obsolete client and server code
- Finished code refactoring and comments for client and server code
Known Limitations:
- If initial PMC's take too long to generate on Streets, too many Scavs may spawn during that time which will prevent the PMC's from spawning
- More tuning will be needed to get bot movement correct
- If the mod fails to load all quests, it will keep retrying. That will result in a massive memory leak, and the game will quickly crash. Sorry. At least it'll be obvious that something isn't working correctly.
This mod REQUIRES DrakiaXYZ's BigBrain and Waypoints mods. It is NOT compatible with AI Limit, AI Disabler, and similar mods.
This is an alpha release and is still under development. Bot quest-selection will likely change in the future. Please review the list of quirks and features in the README to understand the mod's current capabilities and limitations.
