This is a small DD3 maintenance release based on community work from @tristanXme in PR #912.

DD3 is no longer under active feature development, but this release includes a couple of useful fixes for existing DD3 installations.

What's changed

• Fixed sorting in the area view editor when entity grouping is disabled.
• Added the missing siren domain translation.
• Rebuilt the bundled dwains-dashboard.js with the updated 3.9.3 metadata.
