Fix long durable task delays on standard SQS queues.
- Cap activity retries and delayed workflow tasks at900seconds per transport
message, using the existing timer chunking mechanism. Preserve the durable
task's original availability and retry policy. - Redispatch an early workflow delivery after its transaction, without taking
a lease, consuming an attempt, invoking user code or appending business history. - Keep exact delays for transports without a cap. No production dependency,
schema or SDK protocol change is introduced from2.7.0.
Source and qualification:
all candidate and independent main feature, coverage/ratchet, supported Laravel
upgrade, quality, security and corpus gates pass. Actual Laravel/AWS standard
queue serialization and redelivery are exercised with the official SDK mock
HTTP transport. This does not qualify a live AWS service or FIFO queue.

Upgrading from before2.7.0 also requires the
2.7.0 reader-upgrade precautions.
