Retention and projection repair
- Exclude intentionally pruned runs from missing run-summary drift and lag metrics.
- Skip runs marked
details_pruned_atin every projection rebuild mode, including explicit run and instance selectors. - Preserve retained-run totals and detection of genuine missing summaries. An unmarked legacy absence is not assumed to be deliberate pruning.
No new migration or service protocol is introduced. Hosts with custom run tables need the existing canonical pruning-marker column. Embedded applications install this package normally. Server deployments need a Server artifact containing the fix; updating an SDK does not update the Server's embedded runtime.

Related #852 remains open for the corrected PHP Server consumer and operator documentation. The independently published 2.9.5 reference remains a failed reproduction, not a corrected consumer.
