Improves embedded database-queue recovery during concurrent fan-out.
- Avoid redundant recovery dispatch while the exact unreserved delivery remains in the database queue.
- Keep recovery of missing and reserved deliveries, including deliveries behind an earlier full scan batch.
- Preserve custom queue connectors, task identities, leases, history, retry policies and original deadlines.
- Read recovery hints and delivery rows from their database writers.
Apply package migrations and restart queue workers after upgrading. The new nullable delivery reference is internal metadata. Legacy rows and unsupported queue transports retain the existing recovery path.
This compatible patch starts from 2.5.23 and includes the focused correction from #810. It does not include unrelated development changes.
Qualification note: the first normal-installed four-worker SQLite fan-out completed all 64 activities correctly but required one repair after a pre-claim delivery failure. Clean stress acceptance remains open in #809. This release does not claim contention-free fan-out. Published upgrade verification tracks the supported Laravel/PHP profiles.
