Fix
Embedded local-activity retries now publish their existing follow-up Laravel queue job after the execution transaction commits. The retry keeps its original task, policy, backoff and deadlines.
Regression coverage includes immediate and delayed retries, exhausted policy, normal success, poll mode, transaction rollback and cold replay. A watchdog concurrency test now compares stored database snapshots and deliberately covers PostgreSQL timestamps with trailing fractional zeros.
No schema migration is needed.
For an already affected waiting run, upgrade and use the normal Repair action once its retry task is overdue. Repair retains the original deadline.
Published-package verification passes all16 declared Laravel/PHP upgrades. A clean Composer installation passes the six queue/rollback controls and an upgrade recovery of the same original run. The Sample App published image also passes both native architecture startup checks. Qualification and consumer delivery.
